WE ARE A MISSIONARY TRAINING AND MOBILIZATION CENTER.
The goal is to inspire, equip, and mobilize people committed to the mission and place them in critical positions in many missionary projects around the world.
We want to mobilize volunteers who are ready to work for God in partnership with the Seventh-day Adventist Church and its supporting ministries.
MOVE has two locations: one in Belize, located next to Guatemala and south of Mexico, and the other in the Amazon region of Colombia.
WHAT IS MOVE?
MOVE is a nine-month program consisting of two parts:
- The first three months are practical and theoretical training on the MOVE campus. Two training periods are held each year. One begins in early February and the other takes place in early August.
- The second part consists of six months of practical service in an Adventist missionary project, where students have the opportunity to apply what they have learned. During this time, missionary project leaders will provide mentoring and support to each student. At the end of the nine months, students will graduate from the MOVE program.
MOVE expects each student to give their best in aspiring to be like Jesus.
WHY DOES MOVE EXIST?
When we see the great need to represent Christ to those who suffer, we realize the great difference a dedicated, willing, and trained missionary makes.

- We share the good news through service and hope to rescue physically, and even more so, spiritually, those who have been chained in slavery to the evil one.
- By doing this, we fight against the forces of evil.
However, we have hope
- In Jesus our Savior, who lived a sinless life and died to conquer this world, death and evil.
- He has gone to prepare a place for us to LIVE with Him for eternity; and He will return!
- The most valuable effort in life is to live for Jesus and present him to others.
